3. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. This website uses three types:
Essential cookies keep the website working and cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) show how visitors use the website. They are only set if you accept them.
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) measure advertising performance and help show relevant advertising. They are only set if you accept them.
A cookie banner appears on your first visit and lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. If essential cookies are blocked, parts of the website may not work properly.
4. Who receives your data
Personal data is shared only with providers that help run the website and the studio's services, and only for the purposes listed above:
Website hosting and database: Lovable and Supabase.
Enquiry handling: email delivery services and Google Sheets, used to log and organise enquiries.
Payments: Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by Studio 32 Interiors. See Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Call booking: Cal.com. See https://cal.com/privacy.

Advertising measurement: Meta. See https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
Newsletter: an email marketing provider used to send the newsletter.
Personal data may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or to protect legal rights. Personal data is not sold.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the United Kingdom, including the United States. When personal data is transferred abroad, safeguards are used to protect it, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK–US data bridge, or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses. For more information about these safeguards, email info@studio32interiors.co.uk.
6. How long data is kept
Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: 12 months after the last contact, then deleted.
- Client records, contracts, invoices and payment records: six years after the end of the project, for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe. Your email address is then kept on a suppression list so that no further emails are sent.
- Analytics and advertising data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics and Meta, and no longer than necessary.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you and receive a copy
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
