• —Deluxe gives a more developed room scheme, including visual direction, lighting fixture ideas, window treatment suggestions and 3D concept visuals.
• —Ultimate is the most detailed online design package, with a fuller specification, photorealistic visuals, lighting plan and bespoke joinery design for standard room features.

Complete Your Design Questionnaire

Once your package is confirmed, you will receive a design questionnaire so we can understand your room, lifestyle, style preferences, practical needs and budget. This step helps create a design that feels personal, not generic.

Design Consultation

The process begins with a video consultation to go through your room, priorities and key design questions. This is where the brief is clarified before design work begins.

• —1× 30 min for Essential
• —1× 40 min for Deluxe
• —2× 50 min for Ultimate

Layout & Design Direction

We develop the design direction for your room, starting with the layout, mood, colour palette and main furniture decisions. The aim is to help you understand not just how the room will look, but how it will function.

• —Lighting fixture ideas
• —Window treatment suggestions
• —Visual mockups or 3D views depending on your package

Visuals & Specification

Your final design is developed into a clear design package. Depending on your chosen package, this may include product links, trade discount access, 3D concept visuals, photorealistic renders, samples and swatches guidance, and a fuller specification of key furniture and lighting. For the Ultimate package, bespoke joinery design may be included for standard room features only — kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms and manufacturing drawings are quoted separately.

Revisions & Final Design Package

After you receive the first design, you will have time to review it and request changes within your included revision allowance. Once revisions are complete, you receive your final online design package with everything you need to start implementing the room yourself.

Optional Extras

If your room needs extra support, optional extras are available — such as a lighting layout plan, joinery drawings, an in-person design consultation, a styling and accessories package, or additional revisions — quoted separately or added to your package depending on the scope.
